To “restore” is to return back to our original nature; joy, bliss, happiness. Great for beginners and experienced students alike. Less effort, more surrender in this one. With ethereal sounds, feel your body melt away tension and anxiety, as you are given unique individual attention to help you release deeper into uncharted territory. Minimal postures.

YOGA NIDRA Deep Relaxation

Yogic sleep is a state of mind between wakefulness and sleep that opens deep phases of the mind, bringing about spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing and re-balancing. It reduces tension, anxiety, headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain, and is used to help those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Come in comfortable clothes. Bring eye pillow if you have one.
