SLOW FLOW Beginners & All Levels

Increase mobility, metabolism, and general well-being, by facilitating health and ease of movement through breath awareness and simple, gentle exercises. Return your body to its original suppleness. Ideal for all ages and sizes, and those with limited mobility.


Experience a hot physical practice, meditation and deep relaxation, all in 45 minutes! Emotionally stabilizing as well as challenging, stimulating, healthful and evolutionary! This is a strict vinyasa class, meaning one breath, one movement, from start to finish.

The practice of kriyas and meditations in Kundalini are designed to raise complete body awareness to prepare the body, nervous system, and mind to handle the energy of Kundalini rising. The majority of the physical postures focus on navel activity, activity of the spine, and selective pressurization of body points and meridians. Breath work aids to release, direct, and control the flow of energy.


A brisk, guided, led vinyasa class, including a warm up, surya namaskar, standing asanas, twists, balances, back and forward bends, inversions, meditation and relaxation - all in an hour! RESTORATIVES Beginners & All Levels

To “restore” is to return back to our original nature; joy, bliss, happiness. Great for beginners and experienced students alike. Less effort, more surrender in this one. With ethereal sounds, feel your body melt away tension and anxiety, as you are given unique individual attention to help you release deeper into uncharted territory. Minimal postures.


Experience the Primary Series via Sharath Rangaswamy, Sri K Pattabhi Jois' grandson, while receiving deep and cathartic hands on assists throughout the class. This is a strict vinyasa class, which is challenging and invigorating, as well as relaxing and therapeutic. It is a set sequence of asanas, and we suggest to attend class consistently to learn the sequence.

YOGA NIDRA Deep Relaxation

Yogic sleep is a state of mind between wakefulness and sleep that opens deep phases of the mind, bringing about spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing and re-balancing. It reduces tension, anxiety, headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, and abdominal pain, and is used to help those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Come in comfortable clothes. Bring eye pillow if you have one.


Satsang is being in good and virtuous company, with those who nurture and reflect our true nature, celebrating our desire for peace through an elevated atmosphere. Kirtan- call and response singing. Movies-educational & storytelling. Vegan Potlucks- sharing food that causes the least amount of harm. Meditation- connecting to the inner stillness within. Open Mics-sharing your voice, talents, spirit, with others.
