At Satsang, we practice Vinyasa-style Hatha-Raja Yoga - an integration of posture, breath, rhythm, mantra, music, and philosophy.

Over time, practice becomes less about achieving poses and more about developing steadiness, clarity, and awareness.

is the daily practice held in the shala.
A typical class weaves together several elements:

Breath-centered movement

Music that supports rhythm and mood

Intelligent sequencing
of postures

Mantra and sound vibration

Reflections from yoga philosophy

Hands-on assists offered with care

At Satsang, we practice together rather than separating students into rigid levels. Newer students and longtime practitioners often share the same room, learning through guidance from the teacher and through the collective rhythm of practice itself.

If you’re new, All Levels or Beginners Vinyasa are beautiful places to begin. Arrive a little early. Introduce yourself to the teacher. We’ll take it from there.

Not sure where to begin?

Our teachers are always happy to help.

Private Practice

Some students enjoy working more directly with a teacher.
Private sessions offer space to:

  • refine alignment

  • work with injuries or limitations

  • explore philosophy more deeply

  • develop a sustainable personal practice

It’s simply another way to study yoga.

On-Demand Library

Life doesn’t always line up with the studio schedule.

For students traveling, living at a distance, or practicing from home, Satsang offers an On-Demand Library.

Recorded classes follow the same thoughtful structure as in-studio sessions and help students maintain continuity in their practice.

The intention is not to replace the shala, but to extend the rhythm of practice beyond it.
