THE NATURAL TEACHER
200hr Training Immersion
with Jeffrey Cohen
Assisted by Hanna Attafi
This is not a quick certification.
It is a month of practice, study, discipline, sound, philosophy, devotion, and repetition.
You will practice.
You will write.
You will probably get humbled a few times.
You will read.
You will listen.
Perfect. That’s how learning works.
The training is rooted in the same spirit as the shala itself: serious about the work, warm in delivery, musical, alive, and grounded in lineage.
This training is for aspiring yoga teachers.
It is also for serious students who know there is more here than exercise and want to stop circling around the edge of it. You don’t need to be the most advanced person in the room or have it all figured out. What you do need is sincerity, and the ability to keep showing up.
If you’ve ever felt that yoga is asking more of you than just attendance, this may be your next step.
